The garden is large and level, perfect for ball games and it also provides off-road car and boat parking.
Just across the road is the slipway to the lovely bathing beach - and at low tide you can walk over to Outer Hope village.

The main village of Outer Hope, with Post Office/general store, cafe/restaurant and pub, is a short walk away up a footpath at high tide. There are also hotels on the doorstep for snacks and restaurant meals.
COASTAL WALKS
National Trust coastal paths start opposite the cottage and offer stunning walks towards Salcombe in one direction and Thurlestone and Bantham in the other.
